I was just doing my design team cards ready for September when I remembered I hadn't posted my August cards which I was supposed to post on 13 August.

My arthritis and eyes have been much worse and then on Sunday 10th August I fell over my great grandson's little car face down onto the floor hitting my head and because of the arthritis pan in my arms and legs I couldn't get myself up.  My husband is not allowed to lift because of his heart.  Because I was on my face I couldn't press my Vital call alarm button that I wear around my neck so my grand daughter pressed the button next to the phone and they sent an ambulance to get me up.  Because I had hit my head they took me to the hospital,  The male nurses were lovely and saw me quickly and I was there about 4 hours while they tested my heart and I had a brain scan and chest and pelvis x-rays.   They said everything was okay but I am still in a lot of pain.
