About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

Birthday card made today to sketch on Unscripted Sketches No 176

I made this birthday card and sent to a friend in Western Australia today.  I will enter it into challenge 176 on
http://unscriptedsketches.com/

This was the sketch
and the Piggyback challenge was to send the card to someone.
Every card I make is sent out to family and friends.  I run a couple card making groups and am in some other card making groups so I always have lots of birthday cards and other cards to make to send.  I don't keep any.
I used mauve card with Stampin Up sentiment, green card embossed with butterflies and punched with Stampin Up border punch.  Purple and white Washi tape.  Mauve card.  Stamped flower from Stampin Up "Mixed Bunch" set and punched out with Stampin Up punch plus plain purple flower behind.  Purple brad.

That is such a pretty card. I have been looking at washi tape but haven't see any as pretty as you have used here. Happy crafting. xx Flora
