About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

Pink card for Link Up for Pink and Pink Gem 99

After 2 days of not being able to see the link on challenge blogs, today I can see it, I don't know what went wrong the last two days.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and this is the pink card I made today for Link Up for Pink
http://www.linkupforpink.com/
I embossed light pink card.  Printed Saturated Canary stamp "Boobie Love" and coloured her with markers and chalks and cut with my Fiskas oval cutter.  Layered onto dark pink oval and then onto embossed card.  Printed Tiddly Inks sentiment from "Wyn hang in there" and punched with Stampin Up medium oval punch, layered onto Stampin Up large oval punch and layered on top.  Added flowers and brads and layered all onto dark pink card.

I also want to enter this card into Pink Gem Challenge - use black on your card (The sentiment is black).

Thanks for checking out my blog and leaving a comment. I see that you went and got the digi image. Definitely something we can all afford. You did a nice job. This image is a pleasure to color. I've used the image from just the shoulders up many times.

Yes silly me went and bought it again when I already had it. Luckily it was on special for 1c. Also bought another image I already had. My mind is not with it today.
