About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

If you haven't already joined in you can buy the stamp set, join the challenge and you will receive next month's stamp set for free.

This is the stamp set for October

and this is the card I made today

I have layered the stamp and one of the sentiments onto paper from Pink Gem designs.  Changed the colour of the sentiment in Publisher.  Coloured the stamp with markers.  Layered all onto red and then white card.

I would also like to enter the following challenge:

Crafty Hazelnut's monthly patterned paper challenge - anything goes covered with patterned paper

I am still sick today.  Can't stop coughing so I am a bit slow.

My husband is not having a good day.  Trying to fix the toilet he broke a piece so had to make a trip to Bunnings.  On the way there he was just one car away from a bad accident.   The car that caused the accident ran into one car going the same way as him swerved across the road and hit the car in front of Tony, swung that car around, and then he hit a fence and ended upside down in the canal.     Tony managed to get into Bunnings.  When he came out of Bunnings there were police, ambulance and fire engines.    We thank God our car wasn't hit and Tony was okay though a bit shaken.
