About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

Scrappers Delight Facebook progressive challenge - anything goes with the twist shaped card.

Each fortnight on Friday Scrappers Delights gives a free digi stamp to join the Facebook group progressive challenge.  If you enter a project with the free digi you can request the next fortnight's digi for free.

The optional twist for this fortnight's challenge was make a shaped card.  I have made a Easel card.

I have layered Scrappers delight digis Beach Babe 2 and Beach Babe 4 onto background paper from Mo's digital pencil.  Coloured the Beach Babes with Prismacolor pencils and gel pens.
Added elements and sentiment from Digital Scrapbooking Studio.

The beach babe and beach boy digital stamps are on special at the moment for $1 each.   I bought mine last year at the full price.

I couldn't scan this one and had to use my camera.  The photo is not very clear.
The sentiment says
Write your worries in the sand
Carve your blessings in stone

I would also like to add this card to the following

What a wonderful summer scene Margaret - we could do with some of that warmth. Love the way you have made it into an easel card and that sentiment is a classic.
Blessings
