About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

ABC Challenge - J is for Just as you like it

I found another challenge site on someone's blog (sorry can't remember whose)
http://abc-challenge.blogspot.com.au/
Their challenge is J is for Just as you like it (or anything goes).
One of the sponsors is The Paper Shelter so I used one of their digi stamps.  I love their stamps.
I embossed the pink card with a Stampin Up embossing folder.  Printed out the background and the digi stamp "The Florist" from The Paper Shelter.  Coloured the stamp with copic marker (skin) and Tria Markers (the rest).  Added flowers and brad and attached to pink card.  Stamped Stampin Up "Happy Birthday" onto pink card, punched with Stampin up oval punch and layered onto green card punched with Stampin Up scallop oval and attached to background.  Then attached the pink embossed card to green card.

I have been a bit more productive yesterday and today.  Yesterday made two cards and today have made two cards so far.
