About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. You can buy the black and white version of Granmargaret Fairy at

Sweet Pea Stampers challenge

A new challenge has just started at Sweet Pea Stampers - embossing wet or dry or both
http://www.thesweetpeastampers.blogspot.co.uk/
This is my card
I embossed purple card with Crafts Too "Musical Notes" embossing folder and yellow card with Cuttlebug "Christmas stars".  Cut into triangles and layered onto pink card.  I printed Sweet Pea digital stamp "Rockstar Girl 2" by Karen Middleton onto white card and coloured her with markers.  I stamped the verse onto pink card and cut out and sponged the edges.   I have had this stamp for such a long time I can no longer read the brand name.

Come over and join in the challenge you have 11 days to join in.    You don't have to use a sweet pea stamp but if you do you will be entered into a second draw to win a Sweet Pea digital image.

Sweet Pea Stamps sell rubber stamps and digi stamps.  At the moment there is also an Overstock Sale so there are some wonderful bargains to be had.  http://www.sweetpeastamps.com/

  1. I like the diagonal cut you made on the embossed panels to piece your background. It compliments your image perfectly. Blessings!
