I have embossed dark pink card with Stampin Up embossing folder. Printed Heather Valentin digi stamp "Miss Scarlet" from Lacy Sunshine (the official and only authorized shop to sell Heather Valentin images) and coloured her with pink markers. Her dress is the ruffles. I have added flowers and brads and then layered all onto light pink card.
Skin: copic 000
hair: distress marker tattered rose.
hat: distress marker spun sugar
dress and bag: distress makers spun sugar and worn lipstick
The only other colour on the card is her blue eyes. I didn't think I could colour those pink.
