About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

Feeling Sketchy No 55

I am a bit late today putting my card for Feeling Sketchy No 55 on my blog.  Sketch with the optional extra to use punches and/or die cuts
http://feeling-sketchy.blogspot.com.au/
 This is the sketch
I have rotated the sketch to the right.  I have embossed blue card with my new A6 Embossing folder free with Australian Simply Cards magazine No 54 and punched with Martha Stewart butterfly border punch.
Two strips of free digi paper from Bearly Mine Designs June 12 "Rose 1".  Verse from April Club Kit from A Day for Daisies.  "Fairy Silhouette" from TLC Creations.  Punched EK success medium and small flowers and added rhinestones.

I hope you will come over to Feeling Sketchy and join in the challenge, you have 6 days to enter your card.
Have a look at the lovely cards and scrapbook page by the other design team members.

The design team call is still going and you have until Sunday 21 April (Australia Eastern time) to get your submissions in to Naomi.  See the Feeling Sketchy challenge blog for details.

This months prize is a 6x6 paper pad and some co-ordinating ribbons for the lucky random winner. So make sure you get your entry in for your chance to win.

Thanks for visiting my blog Margaret. I saw that issue of Simply Cards Magazine too at the newsagent & was wondering whether to buy it. Does the folder come with instructions?

Lovely card, I like the colours you've gone for.

Thank you Shaunagh. You just use it in the cuddlebug machine or other similar machine the same as any other embossing folder.
