About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.

Follow me on Fairy Book

I made this card this morning
I would like to add this card to the following challenges:

The Paper Shelter challenge 106:  Use a doily
http://thepapershelter.blogspot.com.au/
In the Pink challenge 18: Lets Fly Away in pink:   Something that can fly and Pink must be the main colour
http://inthepinkchallenge.blogspot.com.au/
Flutter By Wednesdays No 234:  Use flowers plus must have a fairy or butterfly
http://flutterbywednesdays.blogspot.com.au/2013/04/flutter-by-wednesday-234.html

I have used a pink card. then  layer of "Shopping girl" digi paper from the paper shelter.
I have coloured a white paper doily with "Spun Sugar" distress paint.  Printed the fairy and the heart from digi stamp set "Follow me on Fairy Book" from the Paper Shelter.  Have coloured with
Copic E000 for the skin, and used Distress Markers "tattered rose", "spun sugar" and "worn lipstick" for the rest.  Punched carl butterfly punch on pink card and added gel glitter pen.  Punched medium and small success punch flowers on white card.  Medium flowers coloured with spun sugar marker and small flower coloured with worn lipstick marker.  Added light pink rhinestones.
I have used all pink with some white and a tiny bit of blue on the tag.
I forgot, I also added a bit of pink glitter pen to the fairy wings.

Adorable! I think this is one of my favorite cards you've made. The little fairy and the sentiment are so sweet and the colors are so soft. Great job!
