About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

Beccy's Place - A month of holiday cards - card No 15.

This is my 15th card for Beccy's Place a month of holiday cards challenge.  Day 12 challenge was to create a holiday landscape
http://beccysplace.blogspot.com.au/2013/11/a-month-of-holiday-cards-challenge.html

I stamped PSX stamp onto black card with versamark ink and embossed with white embossing powder .  Added 3D Kindy Glitz Slick white.  Left to dry.  When dry layered onto red card, them black card, then white card.  Printed Beccy's Place precoloured digi stamps "Merry Christmas" and "Snowman with Poinsettia" and layered them on top.

Go over to Beccy's Place http://beccysplace.blogspot.com.au/ and have a look at her lovely cards and join in the challenge.  I am trying to get as many Christmas cards done as I can.  Been very fuzzy headed the last few days so I really appreciate the different ideas each day.

I would also like to enter this card into Crafty Hazel Nut's Monthly Christmas challenge - Anything goes

Beautiful house image GranMargaret, I like the contrast between the black card and the white embossing.
I hope the "fuzzy head" doesn't last too much longer.
Cheers,
Beccy

Love the chalkboard effect you have created on this card. The stickers looked really good on your other card and the patchwork card is lovely and bright. Thank you for joining in at Crafty Hazelnuts Extra this month. Hugs Mrs A. (GDT).
