About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

UnstampaBelles February challenge

I have been invited to join the Design Team on UnstampaBelles
This will be a real challenge for me as we are not allowed to use any stamps on our projects.

The challenge for February is Dare to get Dirty
My fingers became very dirty doing my layout

I have done a layout of the paintings my daughter Angela and her daughters Emily (17) and Brianna (5) and Emily's twin friends Bridget and Chloe (17) plus Lynda's daughter Sian (14) did on Lynda's garage wall.
(Lynda is my eldest daughter).

I made a mess doing this.   I had to discard the first layout and try again.  Background is made using Lumiere paints, distress paints, distress inks and dylusions ink sprays.
Heading and journalling printed on computer, cut out and sponged with distress inks.

Our sponsor for February is
Blue Edge Crafts as
Sticker Store Craft Stickers
http://www.stickerstore.com.au/

I hope you will go over to UnstampaBelles and have a look at the projects made by the design team and join in the challenge.  Remember no stamps allowed.
