I have layered Lemon Shortbread stamp Balloons girl onto paper from We are 3 birthday boutique paper set.  Coloured digi with markers.
Layered onto pink card with I embossed balloons embossing folder.
Added ribbon.
Punched balloon and stamped best wishes and layered on top.
