I printed a piece of paper from Bubagoo Stamps Bright Cup Cakes paper set.  Layered it onto dark pink card.
Embossed piece of light pink card with Cuttlebug and layered onto dark pink card.
Printed Bugaboo precoloured digi stamp Sketchy Ice Cream onto scalloped circle from Pininkie.  (When you buy this set you receive the coloured digi and the black and white digi for you to colour)
Cut out and layered on top.
Stamped Happy Birthday.
