I dry embossed white card with Crafts Too Pansy Frame embossing folder
Sponged top left flower with distress ink and then painted over with Twinkling H2O pink paint.
Painted the other flowers with Twinkling H2O pink paint.
Stamped fairy stamp onto velum with versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder and layered on top.
Added flowers and rhinestones, white dragonfly brad and Happy birthday sticker.
Layered all onto pink card.
