I used papers from Imagine That Peacock paper set
Imagine That precoloured digi stamp Teeka with Butterfly wings from Butterfly Teeka set.  Sentiment from the same set.

(I don't think these are in the new shop - I have had them for a long time)
For the bling I punched stars from a sparkly gold card and added yellow rhinestones.
