Each month Pattie gives a free stamp that you can use if you wish.  Unfortunately I normally can't use them as I can't see to colour and I can only use coloured digital stamps.  But this month Pattie has also give a coloured stamp so I am able to join in.

My card was inspired by the words in the first line

I dry embossed green card with Crafts Too Christmas Holly Frame embossing folder and coloured the berries with marker.  Printed Patties Creations digital stamp Holiday Topiary onto white card and coloured with markers and glitter gel pen,  Cut out and layered onto green card.  Typed Deck the halls, cut out and layered on green card.

The Birds' Bath

In our garden we have made
  Such a pretty little pool,
Lined with pebbles neatly laid,
  Filled with water clean and cool.

When the sun shines warm and high
  Robins cluster round its brink,
Never one comes flying by
  But will flutter down to drink.

Then they splash and splash and splash,
  Spattering little showers bright
All around, till off they flash
  Singing sweetly their delight.

I forgot to do my blog post so it is running late.  I had problems with my printer scanner and couldn't scan my card so my grand daughter's friend took a photo with my grand daugter's phone.  I was going to do a better scan when I was able to get my printer working, but forgot.  I am so fuzzy headed with the Fibromyalgia and lack of sleep.  My husband was home on sick leave for 4 weeks with Influenza A and the Rhino virus.  He went back to work today but he is still not well. He coughed most of the night so I didn't get to sleep till after 5am.  He was able to sleep in but I had to get up early today. He had the flue injection but still got the flu.  I haven't had the injection.  I broke another tooth last week.  I am not looking forward to going to the dentist tomorrow.  I was able to get a cancelled appointment.
