About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

Beccy's Place day 11, Rick St Dennis progressive challenge, plus others

Day 11 at Beccy's place month of holiday cards is border punches
http://www.beccysplace.blogspot.com.au/

The November progressive challenge at Sparkle and Glitter with Rick is anything goes using any stamp from Rick St Dennis Etsy shop or his Zibbet store
http://sparkleandglitterwithrick.blogspot.com.au/p/rsd-november-progressive-challenge-part.html

I have the same border punch that Beccy used on her card.  I have used the border punch on light blue card and attached it to dark blue card.
Printed Rick St Dennis digi stamp Best Frenemies onto white card, coloured with markers, layered onto dark blue card and then onto the light blue card.  Have added the punched out snowflakes.
Stamped Happy Christmas onto white card, layered onto dark blue card and then onto blue card.  Added snowflakes.

I would also like to add this card to the following challenges:

Great card Granmargaret! The blue colour scheme is lovely and peaceful and goes well with the sweet image. I like how you have used some of the punched out snowflakes as embellishments on your card... I always keep those too!
Cheers,
Beccy

Oh, that image is so sweet! I have twin girls and I can totally see them hugging each other like this. Beautiful snowflake punch and great idea to add the little punch outs as embellishments. Thanks for playing with CHNCC2.
